Here is a bare skeleton of the later Behagues, from 1855 onwards.

I can only apologise for the meagre and incomplete information contained on this page. Much work needs to be done to bring it up to date. Have we any volunteers? The ever-growing and illustrious Behague tree needs to be tended, its branches extended, its roots carefully examined. Somewhere there is a link between the Woolwich Wanderers and the English Diehards. Our Senior Archivist, Charles Behague, is now in his nineties and too old for more digging, and his nephew John (in his late seventies) has also given up spade work. Who is there to carry the torch? It's too much to expect anyone in the faraway Antipodes to have a go, so this call goes to one or more of the British Behagues to pick up the pieces. You know that makes sense!
